Pedigrees are documents that show the lineage of a rabbit. They are only necessary for purchasers wishing to breed or show their rabbit. A pedigree can be provided with any rabbit for an additional $20 fee. Pedigrees must be purchased at the time of sale and cannot be provided at a later date.

You are guaranteed the rabbit you chose based on the photos and videos. Sizes and coloration may vary slightly depending on the age the rabbit was photographed at and the lighting. We cannot take a rabbit back because of dissatisfaction relating to size or color. 

We do not guarantee the show-ability of a rabbit. For show standards or for more information on showing, please reference the American Rabbits Breeder's Association website at https://arba.net/

We aim to provide lifetime breeder support to our customers. We know that your investment in a pet is more than a monetary investment. With that in mind, we want to ensure that our customers have the assurance that they are getting healthy and well bred pets.  As part of that, we include a 30 day health guarantee with each rabbit purchased. Should your rabbit pass away within 30 days of purchase due to a congenital health problem, one free replacement will be provided, as long as documentation of rabbit death from a veterinarian is provided. This guarantee does not cover rabbit deaths as a result of negligence or improper handling of the rabbit and does not cover veterinary expenses. As the new owner, you assume responsibility of all expenses, monetarily or otherwise, of your rabbit. 

While we do not allow visitors on site due to security concerns, we are happy to allow visitations in a public setting. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to meet bunnies to make their selection. We ask that you be on time and select a few rabbits you're considering in advance to help the process to go smoothly and to avoid unnecessary stress on the rabbits. Zoom meetings can be arranged upon request.

• A deposit guarantees the purchase of the rabbit you place the deposit on. 
• Deposits are $30 and can be made through Vemno, Cashapp, or check
• A rabbit cannot be held without a deposit for any reason. 
• Deposits are non-refundable unless your rabbit is found to be in poor health or passes away prior to sale. 
• Deposits may be transferred to another rabbit one time only UNDER EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY and at the discretion of the breeder. Otherwise the deposit is forfeited. You may not transfer your deposit because new bunnies become available after you have placed a deposit on a different bunny and you like one of the new ones better. 
• Should the deposit be transferred to another rabbit, the price may increase depending on which rabbit the deposit was transferred to. 
• Inability to purchase the rabbit the deposit was transferred to forfeits the deposit.  
• Cancellation of pickup within 12 hours of your appointment or failure to show up at time of pickup forfeits your deposit.
• All sales are final. No exchanges or returns.
