All of our bunnies are purebred and pedigreed. If you want a copy of the pedigree, it is $30 extra. This is only necessary for individuals interested in breeding or showing, but some people who want it for sentimental reasons may get it as well. Minimum of a one week notice required. Pedigrees will not be given until time of adoption. 

You are guaranteed the rabbit you chose based on the photos and videos. Sizes and coloration may vary slightly depending on the age the rabbit was photographed at and the lighting. We cannot take a rabbit back for a refund because of dissatisfaction relating to size or color. 

Because of the nature of baby rabbits genitals, gender identification is a difficult process. For that reason, we cannot provide a guarantee on gender. With that being said, we do multiple gender checks prior to adoption and we have over seven years of experience identifying gender, so we rarely get it incorrectly. 

We do not guarantee the show-ability of a rabbit. For show standards or for more information on showing, please reference the American Rabbits Breeder's Association website at https://arba.net/

We aim to provide lifetime breeder support to our customers. We know that your investment in a pet is more than a monetary investment. With that in mind, we want to ensure that our customers have the assurance that they are getting healthy and well bred pets. As part of that, your bunny comes with a 30 day guarantee. In the unlikely event your bunny were to be in poor health due to a congenital problem or infection, we can take the bunny back and do an exchange for a bunny of your choice. Any difference in price will be either owed or refunded depending. If bunny passes away, a video (handling deceased bunny stating date, time and bunny's name) or veterinary note stating death is required. Any bunnies that pass away due to owner negligence (injuries, pet or child related deaths, starvation, dehydration, consumption of foreign material, overconsumption of treats, fruits ect. resulting in bloat and/or diarrhea) will not be replaced under the guarantee. Please ensure you're well educated on bunny care prior to bringing your bunny home to avoid any unnecessary complications or harm to bunny. 

While we do not allow visitors on site due to security concerns, we are happy to allow visitations in a public setting. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to meet bunnies to make their selection. We ask that you be on time and select a few rabbits (up to 5) you're considering in advance to help the process to go smoothly and to avoid unnecessary stress on the rabbits. Zoom meetings can be arranged upon request.

• A deposit guarantees the purchase of the rabbit you place the deposit on. 
• Deposits are $50, and can be made through Vemno, Cashapp, or check
• A rabbit cannot be held without a deposit for any reason. 
• Once you have paid a deposit, your bunny selection cannot be changed except under the unlikely instance that your bunny were to be in poor health or pass away. 
• If you were to cancel your bunny adoption, the deposit is non refundable. It is only refundable in the instance your selected bunny were to pass away or be in poor health. It is not refundable under any circumstances related to you, the new owner. For example, if you/your family is allergic to bunnies or hay, you change your mind, you have financial or housing barriers, ect. Please check these circumstances before committing to adopt a bunny. 
• Deposits may not be transferred to another rabbit under any circumstances.
• Failure to show up at time of pickup without prior communication forfeits your deposit.
• All sales are final. No exchanges or returns.

Should you be unable to keep your rabbit, whether it be days or years after adoption, we ask that you return your rabbit to us if you are unable to find a suitable home for them. Please opt to bring them back to us rather than a shelter as we are able to find qualified new owners and will never allow any bunny to be harmed. No refunds will be issued if you choose to surrender your bunny.
