How do I reserve a bunny?

The deposit to reserve a bunny is $50 nonrefundable and goes towards the total cost of the bunny. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, cash or a mailed check for deposits. People who pay a deposit guarantee a specific bunny will be held for them. Gift certificates are also available for those who want to give a bunny but aren't ready to bring one home right away. Contact us to request to adopt a bunny or to request a gift certificate. We do not have the reservation process automated and you may only reserve by contacting us. No further payment is required until in person at time of adoption.

When and where can I pick up my bunny?

Pickups in Boone may be made for bunnies 8 weeks or older by appointment only. We sometimes do $30 per bunny flat rate deliveries to Winston Salem, Charlotte, Chapel Hill and Asheville. Occasionally other locations as well. Deliveries will be at a set time and location that is to be determined. Knowing whether you need this service or not early can help us to make adjustments to time according to demand. See scheduled delivery dates further down on this page. Private delivery is available at a rate of $30 per hour round trip as well.

What do I need to bring a bunny into my household?

I encourage everyone to read the section of our website called "About Rabbit Care" and "Frequently Asked Questions". These sections give a great overview of how we care for our rabbits and answers most questions you'll need to know before bringing bunny home. Also, see the sections of our website labeled "Amazon Shop" and "Walmart Shop" for links to our favorite products. We encourage everyone to start shopping now to be ready in plenty of time for your adoption. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

Can I meet the bunnies to help with my decision?

Yes! We can arrange meetings of up to 5 bunnies at a public location by appointment or we also can arrange calls on Zoom to allow you to see the bunnies live (up to 10 bunnies per meeting). Contact us to set this up! Please note that we cannot hold bunnies without a deposit, even if a meet and greet is set up. Please pay a deposit in advanced if your heart is really set on one.
