The first step in the reservation process is filling out an adoption application. We will be in contact with you after reviewing your application to go over care and answer any additional questions. If the bunny is deemed a good fit, a deposit may be paid to reserve. The deposit to reserve a bunny is $50 nonrefundable and goes towards the total cost of the bunny.  $50 will hold your chosen bunny for up two weeks. For those who need longer to pickup their bunny, 50% of their price will hold the bunny for up to one month. We cannot hold for longer than one month out of fairness to the bunny. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, cash or a mailed check for deposits. People who pay a deposit guarantee a specific bunny will be held for them. Gift certificates are also available for those who want to give a bunny but aren't ready to bring one home right away.  We do not have the reservation process automated and you may only reserve by filling out an adoption application and paying a deposit. No further payment is required until in person at time of adoption. The deposit goes towards the price, not on top of it. 

Because our rabbits are kept at our home, we do not have the exact address publicly listed. Generally speaking, we are in Boone, North Carolina. To schedule a meeting, please contact us. 

We do offer weekly scheduled group deliveries to Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC and others monthl ywithin the state of North Carolina, often to the Winston Salem, Asheville or Raleigh area.  To see our scheduled group deliveries, go to the bottom part of the "available rabbits" page of our website. The fee for getting your rabbit on a scheduled group delivery is $30. For an individual delivery, the rate is $30/hr round trip and is scheduled at our discretion. For deliveries that are 5 hours one way or more, an additional $100 fee will be added to account for hotel accommodation. Deliveries using this method are done by us, the breeder, and can be done very last minute in most circumstances, typically the week of. We will do everything we can to make sure you get to adopt the bunny of your dreams!

Pickups in Boone may be made for bunnies 8 weeks or older by appointment only. After we receive a reservation, we can set up a time for pickup. We do weekly $30 per bunny flat rate deliveries to Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC on Sunday evenings. We also do regular deliveries to Winston Salem, NC, Chapel Hill, NC and Asheville, NC. Occasionally other locations as well. Deliveries will be at a set time and location that is to be determined. Knowing whether you need this service or not early can help us to make adjustments to time according to demand. See scheduled delivery dates on the "available rabbits" page. Private delivery is available at a rate of $30 per hour round trip as well. 

Yes! We can arrange meetings of up to 5 bunnies at a public location by appointment or we also can arrange calls on Zoom to allow you to see the bunnies live (up to 10 bunnies per meeting). Contact us to set this up! Please note that we cannot hold bunnies without a deposit, even if a meet and greet is set up. Please pay a deposit in advanced if your heart is really set on one. Please note that our bunnies are kept in our home, so for our safety and privacy, we don't allow visitors at our physical address.

We transition to Timothy hay for our adults.

Our rabbits are on average, around 4-4.5 pounds, although some stay as small as 3 pounds and some become as large as 5 pounds. Weight is not specifically predictable at the time of adoption, 8 weeks, but we are usually able to make an educated prediction of whether they will be small, average or bigger than average. 

Unless specifically mentioned, no. Baby rabbits cannot undergo the spay/neuter surgery until they are at least 6 months of age. Ours are allowed to be adopted as early as 8 weeks.

Our rabbits are exclusively housed indoors in a temperature controlled environment. We want our bunnies to have the best possible lives, so we keep them inside to protect them from the climate and predators. They do enjoy supervised outdoor play though! We encourage people adopting our bunnies to keep a similar living situation in the new home for the bunny's safety and comfort.
